Getting started

How does onboarding work?

We connect directly to your existing systems — no manual uploads, no spreadsheets. Once connected, most groups are live within one week. Month 1: revenue trends and first anomalies. Month 2: margins calibrated to your real recipes. Month 3: seasonality patterns. No deployment projects, no consultants.

Do we need to replace our POS or existing systems?

No. Kairos integrates with the platforms your venues already use for sales, menus, reservations, reviews and operations. Nothing changes in how your team operates.

The platform

What does Kairos actually monitor day-to-day?

Every morning, Kairos checks margins per dish, compares actual vs expected consumption, scans public reviews, tracks revenue trends, monitors competitors and forecasts stockouts. When something needs attention, you get an alert on your phone or by email — ranked by P&L impact.

Can we configure alert thresholds?

Yes. During onboarding you define your key metrics and alert thresholds per venue. The platform supports eleven alert types — from margin drops and waste anomalies to overdue invoices and staff document expiry.

Can I ask questions in plain language?

Yes. The Conversational Agent lets you ask anything about your operation in natural language. It reads your real data and responds instantly. For write actions (like approving a purchase order), it asks for your confirmation first.

How does pricing work?

Monthly subscription per venue. No long-term contracts — you can cancel any time. Book a discovery call and we'll walk you through the right plan for your group size.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No minimum term. We're confident the product earns its keep — but you're never locked in. Start with one venue, expand when you're ready.

Data & security

Who owns the data?

You do. We act as a data processor under GDPR — your operational data belongs to your business. We never sell, share, or use your data to train models for other clients. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Is the platform GDPR compliant?

Yes. We operate under Spanish/EU law, use EU-based infrastructure where possible, and maintain a full Data Processing Agreement with every client. Our privacy policy and terms of service are published and available on this site.
