# Kairos > Kairos is restaurant intelligence software for multi-venue operators. It connects to existing restaurant systems and uses AI agents to monitor margins and food cost, inventory and stockouts, reputation, menu performance, revenue trends, and recipe drift, then sends prioritized plain-language answers and alerts. Operators can also send supplier invoices to Kairos by WhatsApp or email; every line item is extracted, analyzed and loaded automatically, with duplicates detected and flagged for review. Kairos provides operational intelligence without replacing the POS or becoming another generic dashboard. It is built in Spain for restaurant groups, typically goes live in about a week, and is GDPR-native.
